Regenerate Answers in Bulk

After you've loaded a Response and generated answers, you may find that the tone or style isn't quite what you want for whole sections of the document. Or you may realize that you want to use different content sources for certain parts of the response.


Our "Bulk Action" options will help you out. First, select the answers you want to regenerate - note that you can use filters to help narrow down your focus. Then click the "Bulk Action" button:


To regenerate the selected set of answers, select "Regenerate Answers" from the "Select Action" dropdown:


Once you do that, you'll have the option of setting new generation settings by clicking "Edit New Batch Settings". In most cases you will want to do this, since the goal is usually to generate different answers by changing the model parameters:


Then you can set the new generation parameters as you'd like:


When you're done configuring this new round of answer generation, click "Start Generation Batch". The system will generate a new batch of answers to the selected questions.


When it's done, you will see a comparison between the new answers and the old ones:


You can go view each of the different batches you've run by clicking on the "AI Assistant - Generation Batches" link at the top of the page.
